Gary Reinl has spent nearly forty years in the sports-medicine field, with diverse experiences ranging from training professional athletes to pioneering the field of strength-building for women during the pregnancy year to developing rehabilitation programs for injured workers.  Additionally, his ground-breaking senior strength-building protocol has now been implemented in more than 1,000 senior living facilities. Gary has authored two previous books, Making Mama Fit [Leisure Press, 1983] and the 2007 "fat loss" book Get Stronger, Feel Younger [Rodale Press].

As a part of the Cirque du Soleil creation cast, Gina plays lead guitar as the character “The Muse” in the production of Michael Jackson ONE TM by Cirque du Soleil at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.  In March 2016 Gleason composed original scores for the 2016 Cirque du Soleil production of One Night for One Drop shown in theaters and IMAX nation wide.

An unassuming mastermind, the Boston native Jimmy Gifford found his calling as a coach very early on in life. His love of boxing eventually led him to become one of the best striking coaches in the sport of Mixed Martial arts. You will usually find him down in the private UFC basement gym sipping on a coffee and holding mitts for some of the worlds most elite professional MMA fighters. He has a particilar talent for flying low under the radar as he is not one to call for any sort of spotlight on himself, part of the reason I was so thrilled he agreed to share his intriguing story. You will learn how his longtime friendship with Dana White had Dana calling one day asking coach Giff to train him for his boxing bout with Tito Ortiz. Jimmy Gifford was the first and only person Mr. White (a long time boxing fan) called to train him. Now Giff resides in Las Vegas full time, living his dream of coaching athletes.
