For this episode Sandy and Anya took a trip up North to visit none other than Ryan Giggs at the Manchester studio to find out what it takes to shape an industry and inspire a generation. With 963 appearances with Manchester United and 63 for Wales and FA cups, Champions League (and participant in the Barry’s 5 a side team), he is arguably one of the most decorated players in the history of football. Together they discuss how Ryan managed to stay injury free, playing till he was 40, how he has folded his learnings into his role as a manager of Wales and find out what gives him the edge both on the pitch, in the dug out and on the treads.
