The data is clear: LGBTQ2S+ people are overrepresented at every stage of the criminal justice system and this is especially true for trans people, who are subject to particularly inhumane conditions and treatment while incarcerated. So we've all heard the theories of the JFK assassination, BUT, have you heard the theories behind the RFK assassination? Robert Kennedy (JFK's brother) was running for president 5 years after his brother died and had just finished a successful run in the Californian primaries. He was just getting off stage and entering the pantry of the Ambassador Hotel where he was greeted with a fatal shot to the head. Convicted murderer Sirhan Sirhan fired 8 shots in the hotel pantry that morning. So you would think this was an open and shut case right?
