#12 - David Gandy
David Gandy, one of the world’s most famous male models,
sits down with Andy and Lisa to talk about how a chance appearance on ITV’s This Morning with Richard & Judy, led him to shoot a huge campaign for Dolce Gabbana which catapulted him to become the world’s most recognised and photographed
faces of the past two decades.
Andy and Lisa ask those all-important questions, how does a
successful male model deal with the ageing process and at the age of 44, does he consider himself to be old?
David shares his daily health and skin care routines, but most
annoyingly for Andy, he talks candidly about his struggles to consume enough daily calories to maintain a healthy weight; how daily workouts and dog walks help keep his super-model physique; and his ability to always find excuses to avoid having
to do the school run!

#11 – Dame Kelly Holmes
In this episode the legendary British, double -Olympic gold
medal winning athlete Dame Kelly Holmes takes us on a rollercoaster ride of her incredible life, from joining the Army at 18 as an HGV driver, to going on to become Olympic champion in both the 800m and 1500m at the age of 34.
Dame Kelly tells Lisa & Andy how she has always had the confidence and inner belief that she was going to achieve great success in Sport whilst at the same time never feeling comfortable about coming out to the world about her
sexuality, which ultimately led to her contemplating taking her own life.
Dame Kelly shares how she has now achieved great happiness
in her life and is as competitive as ever at the age of 54!
