New York State Senator Jesse Hamilton from Brooklyn joins LaMisha and Bedford in order to talk about his 911 Anti-Discrimination legislation. Sen. Hamilton explains why he wants to stop the abuse of 911 services that leads to unwarranted and dangerous police encounters with Black people by adding false reporting statutes to the list of hate crimes in New York state law. #LivingWhileBlack
