That makes it pretty hard to do a live radio show but her phone company Quest just does not care.  Because it's February, we discuss heart disease with a doctor who runs an organization to educate women about their cardiac risks. Monica, a longtime cardiac care nurse, reminds us that eighty percent of heart disease in America is caused by lifestyle factors you can change: high cholesterol, diabetes, heart disease.
