Rejection - it's something we all face regularly as actors.
For years we're told 'not to take it personally', but in my opinion, this is pretty sh*t advice.
Yes, there may be many things out of our control at a casting, but there are LOTS of things IN OUR CONTROL.
By brushing off rejection as 'not our fault', leaves us zero space to learn and grow.
