LIVE 12: Be Inspired with Michelle Collins & Adventurer Anna McNuff
Michelle Collins will have you re-thinking your skincare on this week's Badass Women's Hour. Harriet, Natalie and Emma consider changing their job title to "Adventurer" when they talk to "Adventurer" Anna McNuff.
What's in that number on your birthday card? Billie Piper inspires some decade debate as we work out if your 50s or 40s are better than your 30s or 20s. And Ealing Council find themselves at the receiving end of some high praise, while Natalie shares some powerful insight around the Marie Stopes clinic.
Actress Michelle Collins starred as Cindy Beale in Eastenders for ten years from 1988, and then graced our screens again in Coronation Street playing Stella Price. These days, as well as acting on TV and on stage, and hosting networking events for Women in Media, Michelle has become an entrepreneur. MCSkinTruth is her new skincare range, and she talks about what it's like launching a business and how she developed her products.
Adventurer Anna McNuff is born of Olympic stock - her parents are both Olympic Rowers. She brings an energy to the room that lifts even the dampest of spirits: telling tales of mad adventures, being an amassador for the Girl Guides and what "Aventure Queens" is all about. Be prepared for the urge to climb the highest mountain you can find.
