After her frustration of being ignored for a role she was more than qualified for, and the lack of black women in the media industry Tobi Oredei started her own media platform aimed at giving more exposure to black women in the industry.
Tobi chats to Harriet, Emma and Natalie about her journey starting Black Ballad, and she explains why women, especially in freelance roles should not be afraid of always putting a price next to their work.
