E227 Growing Pains

Starting a business is never a linear progression.  No matter how much planning you do, different personalities and experiences tend to clash once you get them in the same room.  Why?  Because everyone has their own agenda, and rightfully so.  Recently, I’ve experienced growing pains within a business due to a lack of clear leadership and structure.  Listen to find out how I’ve dealt with them, and what my plan is moving forward.    Questions, comments, requests?
