In the last 10 years much has happened. How has your life changed?
Did you become better or were you stagnant?
10 Years ago I had it all!
My life was PERFECT or so I thought.
My Relationship was amazing.
I had a mini-empire in Real Estate.
I lived in a great house and neighborhood.
My Fitness was at the best shape of my life.
I was excelling in my career.
I was at the highest point Spiritually since I had served as a volunteer missionary.
This quickly vanished.
I became a full-time father and moved my kids to Utah.
The 2009 Real Estate Market crashed and affected my 26 properties.
My heart had experienced betrayal in the worst kind of way
The stock market crashed, losing hundreds of Thousands.
I broke my wrist snowboarding, blew out my elbow in Krav Maga and found out I had skin cancer.
I lost my youngest son in a tragic car accident.
I wondered if God even existed and if so why would he give so many trials to me.
Pictures don't show who I've become.
It also doesn't show the pain and fear I have experienced.
I am proud of how I respondrd to so many challenges and setbacks in my life.
If the 2008 version of me, knew of all the challenges and storms that would be coming soon.
I don't think "Lane" would think he could handle it!
We are all stronger than we think.
I have learned these Truths...
Opportunity is mixed with Difficulty...
Sunshine always follows the storm...
I don't get too High when things are Great, and I don't get too Low when things are bad.
I focus on Today and not Tomorrow.
My Photo Today Is that I made it through the Storm and for this reason I am proud of who I have become.
