It’s not just those cinematic selections though - we get a good peek behind the curtains of the McLoughlin universe, including his recent shows opening for Ricky Gervais (and playing a number of ‘stadia’, as Brett would have it), how he’s got back into films after having a good break from them (lucky for the podcast!), his views on faith and belief and some very in-depth Moneyball talk. Though in the same way that you don’t have to be a baseball fan to enjoy Moneyball, you certainly don’t have to be a fan of Moneyball to enjoy this podcast. But you will be by the end, I reckon.
