Tis the week to look for the bare necessities, this week we review Mowgli, Mowgli is raised by a wolf pack in the jungles of India. As he learns the often harsh rules of the jungle, under the tutelage of a bear named Baloo and a panther named Bagheera. This is Andy Serkis’s first turn as a director and we geek out over the film. Flinty reviews Spider-Man: Into the Spiderverse, bitten by a radioactive spider in the subway, Brooklyn teenager Miles Morales suddenly develops mysterious powers that transform him into the one and only Spider-Man. When he meets Peter Parker, he soon realizes that there are many others who share his special, high-flying talents. It’s fair to say Flint has opinions on the film.
