This is usually not true, but even if it is ,you should stop micromanaging and outsource the task.
If someone who can do it at 80% of the level you can then that is good enough to continue to add value to your business and help it to grow.
You can add greater value elsewhere and achieve the abundance of life you are looking for
Even if you are the best at a particular task, If you are working on multiple projects then your ability to complete the task to its optimum is significantly reduced so the person working at 80% will achieve more because they will be able to focus solely on that task.
To pursue other things, you need to reinvent your role.
The step of extracting yourself from the operation is the hardest step for any entrepreneur to achieve which is why so few attempt or achieve it.
When you release that control to others who are then acting as your agents the scope for disaster is increased many times over.
