Jay is known as the strength architect with three fitness facilities success stories to his name. He is an Iraq war veteran. Jay is a man characterized as a true fitness nutrition and mindset empowering powerhouse. Jay has been a guest on many top performing webinars, webcasts and other online training seminars. Jay is an American-born expat who had moved to Cancun and he's taken the health fitness and nutrition industry by storm since he moved down to Cancun back in 2012.
