Hoovering - Episode 63: Monica Galetti
Welcome to HOOVERING, the podcast about eating. Host, Jessica Fostekew (Guilty Feminist, Motherland) has a frank conversation with an interesting person about gobbling; guzzling; nibbling; scoffing; devouring and wolfing all up… or if you will, hoovering.
This week is a bit of a whopper - it’s the easter special so I’ve made it actually special. I’m talking to superstar chef and presenter, judge off of Masterchef Professionals and owner of the amazing Mere restaurant - it’s only bloody Monica Galetti.

Honourable Mentions
So MONICA GALETTI is all over social media, follow her up and you have to check out her beautiful restaurant, MERE. I’m going back for dinner in May.
I genuinely brought her some MINI EGGS some CADBURYS CREME EGGS and the new OERO EGG even though we didn’t actually eat any, she took them home for her daughter.
This is the COCO RICE from Samoa she mentioned and of course the mighty chilli DORITOS.
And not on the record but she did say there was a brand new pineapple SALCOMBE GIN exclusively available at their lovely restaurant called ‘Island Gin’, so I’ll be all over that shit when I visit and so should you be.
