This week, we talk about the announcements and winners from The Game Awards, which took place this past week. There were a fair number of surprises in both new games announced and winners of some of the categories. We discuss and debate both here. Ultimately, was the winner of Game of the Year the right choice?

There were a ton of new games announced on the show as well, and we cover the biggest ones here too. We discuss Ashen, The Outer Worlds, and Hades - are any of us looking forward to any of them? We also got to see more of Anthem, and we discuss whether we're excited for Bioware's AAA title that's just two months away. Finally, we got to see Far Cry: New Dawn and Mortal Kombat 11 was announced. We discuss both here/
