Karen Russell is the author of Orange World and other books. She has received a MacArthur Fellowship and a Guggenheim Fellowship and lives in Oregon with her husband and son. Her other books include: St. Lucy's Home for Girls Raised by Wolves, Swamplandia!, Vampires in the Lemon Grove and Sleep Donation: A Novella.
