Parental Guidance

Some say that parents shouldn't feed into their child's 'pipe dreams' (for example: wanting to be a footballer or an artist) but do parents encourage their children enough by letting them know they can be want they want? Or should they encourage to be more 'realistic'? Also, Jazzy the comedian came in and discussed how he got into comedy & film but needed to take a break. But first.....anyone a flirt???
