Lorene Wapotich, MEd, will be co-facilitating the red tent at Red Earth this year as well as co-facilitating the community wide coming of age ceremony. She is an author and the founder and director of Feet on the Earth Programs, a non-profit organization in Boulder, Colorado. Her work focuses on creating regenerative culture and community by mentoring children into healthy young adults through deep nature connection and community-based rites of passage. Lorene recently completed a memoir and is currently working on a guide for parents and community members about how to create powerful coming-of-age ceremonies for girls and adulthood initiations for women.
