Is social media improving your life or do you just find it a drain at times? We find out how its impacting our mental health.
As Emma and Nat take a brake over the summer Harriets co-pilots this week are Amanda Prowse and Scarlett Douglas. They are talking to Sarah Raphael & Naomi Shimada who are unpicking what Social Media is doing to our mental health and have documented it all in their new book, “Mixed Feelings”.
