An interview with Karen Fraser MBE
A third of LGBTQ+ people working in advertising are subject to sexual harassment in the workplace – significantly more than their straight counterparts, that’s according to the #timeToo study conducted in 2018, explains Karen Fraser in this fascinating interview with Joanne Oatts.
Karen goes on to explain that the LGBTQ+ community was also more likely to be harassed more often. And they face multiple barriers to reporting the harassment, including possibly outing themselves in the workplace.
Karen has become a Celebrant and is particularly keen to celebrate love in all its forms, especially amongst the LGBTQ+ community.
