How To Create Leaders By Leading Yourself

In one of the groups I run, I was asked to provide a solution on how to create leaders within sales, health coaching, or network marketing.  I hate to break it to you, but you're not going to like what I have to say.  Cold-calling simply won't work.  Your family and friends aren't going to grow your business.  Begging people to sign-up won't work.  You have to turn yourself into a leader by living the lifestyle that you claim to represent.  Otherwise, you're leading people on instead of being able to actually lead people.  Listen to gain tactical advice on how to cultivate better leaders and become a better leader yourself.
