E450 Are You One To One Or One To Many?

When I first began this coaching journey, I was convinced I had to do everything.  I was laser focused on improving every aspect of a clients life and believed the only way to do it is 1-on-1.  After doing this for the first few months, I quickly realized I was in over my head.  You see, people want and need a tribe.  They want to feel like they belong to a larger whole.  I know this because this is why I sought out a coach in the first place.  Whether your in coaching, looking to become a coach, or seeking a coach yourself, this episode is sure to shift your perspective on why it's important to find your tribe.
