In this episode of Origin Stories I speak with Gilbert Martinez, iOS Engineer at CycleCast. In this story we discuss how Gilbert first got into programming a bit in high school, but didn't pursue it then only to come back to it many years later as an adult. He got is start in software development working on desktop web apps, but eventually decided to transition into iOS. He learned iOS through YouTube and Udemy as well as some personal coaching and mentorship, which we discuss the value of. Hope you enjoy!
