As human beings, we all have limits of some sort.
There is a specific amount of weight you can lift.
There is a specific speed of how fast you can run a mile.
There are limits always around us.
But what I have learned circulating around the sun almost 37 times is that the mind has no limits, except the ones you protect.
You may ask, "Why would I want to fight or keep a limitation?"
I will say this, "The limitations that you fight are the ones you will always keep."
In this podcast, I share how this works and how you can break through these barriers in life.
Most of these limitations are blindspots that we all have.
