University president on reopening safely
This week has seen, in rapid succession, UNC Chapel Hill send students home, Notre Dame suspend in-person classes, and Michigan State University advise students to stay home. Delaware State University, a historically black university, believes it can — and must — find a way to bring its students back to campus safely.
