The vision, passion and drive are more important than anything else. Focusing on one thing a month was a crucial change that helped to grow the business. Restructuring the payments meant that clients had the option to pay in one payment or instalments improved the cash flow in the business. Getting a better cash flow means you can think more strategically and market and serve your customers from a better place. It’s important as you grow to get some help before you get to a point where you are struggling to cope with everything. When I introduced the mastermind program it changed everything.
