Chloe Brotheridge is the host of The Calmer You podcast which I was a guest on earlier this year. She is also the author of the bestselling book The Anxiety Solution. Here she shares with me her anxiety story, her coping mechanisms, what she does to manage it these days, how she got into hypnotherapy and why that might be helpful for dealing with anxiety and her approach to social anxiety.
