Joe Roff on first impressions, motivation and emotional attachment

This week The Eddie Jones Coaching Podcast gets a players perspective as Rugby World Cup winner Joe Roff joins Eddie and RFU director of performance Conor O'Shea.

Roff talks about his working relationship with Eddie at the Brumbies and Australia, the motivational technique of a holiday to Fiji used to improve his kicking as well as his experiences in the game from playing in France to his final ever match in the Varsity game at Twickenham Stadium.
