Franchising is a win, win situation for both the franchiser and the franchisee. Start with the end in mind it’s important to know where you are going. When you are coaching one to one there is not an expectation of a manual they just want you and your knowledge at the end of the phone. We have grown organically and moving from 20 to 70 properties has been about getting better at telling people we exist.
