This week...it’s time to talk about sobriety and intentions with Africa Brooke. Africa Brooke is a globally recognised Mindset Coach, NLP practitioner, sobriety advocate, and explorer of the subconscious mind. In her work as a Mindset Coach, Africa uses her training in NLP and various other mind technologies to help coaches, entrepreneurs, change-makers, and spiritual seekers overcome self-sabotage so they can create fuller and more nourishing lives and businesses. I have deep admiration for my guest today. Africa Brooke is an empowered woman, beautiful human and inspired friend.
