As a storyteller, he seeks a positive narrative around our relationship with our surroundings and the environment. As a maker, he creates beautiful cairns – a pile of stones, which when carefully structured, can last centuries. In this episode Matt and Henry discuss concepts of freedom, our ‘eco-identity’ and how nature plays a vital role in finding meaning within our lives.
