Eugene Ellis || The Founder Of The Black, African and Asian Therapy Network
This week, I speak to Eugene Ellis. He is the founder of The Black, African, and Asian Therapy Network, which has been an amazing resource for me and my own mental health. However, this conversation is focused on his new book The Race Conversation: An Essential Guide To Life-Changing Dialogue. We have a chat about how the body holds trauma, healing, and what we can learn about this to become better people going forward.
We also speak about his time as a practicing Buddhist, and his experience working with Soul II Soul in North London in his twenties.
