Composer, percussionist, producer, author, and all-round nice guy Barrett Martin joins me for Episode 220 of Life In The Stocks for a deep dive discussion on songwriting, travel, spirituality, mysticism, culture, capitalism, environmentalism, ethnomusicology, and a whole lot more. Barrett His performed on such legendary albums as Rated R by Queens of the Stone Age, Sweet Oblivion by Screaming Trees, and Above by Mad Season to name just a few. He's been involved in so many great projects over the last thirty years. His book The Singing Earth also comes highly recommended.
