China Tightens Rules on Overseas IPOs
P.M. Edition for July 6. China says it is strengthening oversight of homegrown companies that want to list on stock markets overseas. The move comes after authorities announced a cybersecurity review of ride-hailing app Didi, which made its trading debut in the U.S. last week.
