In 2005, Nona Dirksmeyer was a sophomore in college, living in an apartment just about 15 miles from her home. Her boyfriend went to a different college but came home in December of that year to visit Nona. He got worried when he couldn't reach her and went to her apartment with his mother. They discovered Nona's lifeless body through the sliding glass patio door.

Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss the unsolved murder of Nona Dirksmeyer. Police initially focused on Nona's boyfriend, Kevin Jones, and even charged him and tried him. Years later, the authorities charged and tried another man, Gary William Dunn, with Nona's murder. Did mistakes in the investigation ultimately let a killer go free?
