If you are reading the title of this episode, I promise it has nothing to do with gardening but has everything to do with the principles of good quality soil.

Too many times in life, we plant a seed (idea) to which we want to see germinate into fruition to harvest your yield of that one idea but never grows to enjoy the harvest.

Why is that?

Well, most of the time, we have a huge idea but we plant it in the soil that is not deep enough nor fertile.

In this episode, I will talk about why it is critical to plant a seed (idea) into the ground that is bigger than yourself and how you can fertilize that soil to give the seed all the support and nutrition it needs to become a reality.
