TV's Dr Zoe Williams on weight gain & easy fitness tips
This week, Lorraine and Trish are joined by Dr. Zoe Williams, an NHS GP, TV broadcaster, and former TV Gladiator (no less!). She shares her personal story of growing up in a single-parent family and supporting her mum through alcohol addiction, freezing her eggs then finally becoming a mum for the first time at 41. She also has some really useful advice on staying fit and healthy in your midlife years and beyond as well as how to get the best service from your GP.
Plus: Horoscopes - should you believe or not & are they a comforting catalyst for change? Also,
your hosts have nostalgic recollections of being a Brownie in a bobble hat and run-ins with Brown Owl.
