Sofie Hagen: from farm fashion to fabulous robes

Comedian, podcaster, author and activist Sofie Hagen joins Kiri. Sofie describes her childhood in Denmark as being largely disconnected from fashion, and tells of how she spent years cosplaying with femininity until she embraced being non-binary. Kiri and Sofie embark on a candid conversation that includes perceived gender, fat acceptance, thin white privilege, and the additional stigmas that weight, race and class bring to fashion. Sofie kicks back at style snobbery and school uniforms, berates the hyper-femme plus-size ranges of the high street, and discusses her experience creating her own line of jumpsuits.
