S1, E8: Kyrstie Stubbs - "I see it as my moral duty"

This week we speak with the inspirational Kyrstie Stubbs (she/her). 

Kyrstie is the Principal at Boothroyd Primary, an incredible Academy that approach diversity, equity and inclusion in a truly holistic way. In this episode, Kyrstie talks about how she sees creating a culture and ethos of inclusion as her moral duty, and shares some fantastic stories and examples about how she and the school have done this, and the lasting impact it has had.
