Lagom Mind
Not too much, not too little...
Researcher Harry Rice suffered from chronic pain, anxiety and depression after he left Uni, but for a long time he never really felt like anyone understood what he was going through. He’s now come through it and is keen to speak to people who work in mental health as well as people who have been on their own mental health journeys. So, he launched a podcast, called Lagom Mind, a Swedish word which essentially means "balance"... He chats to Ellen and Yvette about what he's been through.
