New Years, Being Present and How To Be a Better Parent
Marvyn Harrison is joined by Umar Kankiya, Marvin Crichlow and Marlon Bruce. The four talk about their new year celebrations and how simple moments such as spending time with family, eating good food and reading a book can be good for one’s state of mind. They also discussed how the pandemic has taught us to slow down, re-evaluate life and be present in the moment, especially when it comes to our children. How can we become better parents? One way is simply by asking your child, ‘what do you need from me?’.
