It was the early morning hours of Palm Sunday 2003, residents and guests at 64 E. 17th Avenue were settling down for bed after enjoying the evening celebrating a 21st birthday. Without warning, smoke and fire ripped through the three-story house, leaving three people severely injured and five people dead. Investigators would determine that fire was not accidental and been purposely set. So that left the question, who set the fire and why?
