This is one of my favorite episodes to date. I connected with Dr. Ellen Vora on an amazing level. She really got me and communicated about mental health in a way that strongly resonated. Ellen Vora, MD, is a holistic psychiatrist, acupuncturist, and yoga teacher. She takes a functional medicine approach to mental health—considering the whole person and addressing imbalance at the root.
