Jody Boyman: Wildlife Photographer and Co-Founder of Hungry Planet

Jody Boyman spent her first life traveling the world and photographing its wildest animals for publications such as Time and Life. But as she traveled the world, Boyman increasingly encountered a planet that was hurting from unsustainable food processes. So in 2015, she and her brother, Todd, founded Hungry Planet, a plant-based nutrition company offering meat alternatives for modern lifestyles. With products ranging from chicken to beef to crab, Boyman has created a business with the purpose of feeding the world while helping the environment, its people, and animals. On this episode, she tells the story of how she became co-founder and chief purpose officer of Hungry Planet and what she’s learned from it all.
