Sky blockbusters, funding the BBC and C4, and ITV's streaming platform

Ian King is at the Edinburgh TV festival - he's speaking to Phil Edgar-Jones, Director of Sky Arts and Head of Entertainment at Sky about spending on big blockbuster TV shows like "House of the Dragon".
