It was their work on Thunderbirds and Captain Scarlet that would inspire him to go into graphic design, where he was recognized by Time Magazine as one of the 100 people and ideas influencing modern design. His iconic rugged hard drive concept was a favourite of Gerry Anderson himself and was inspired by the Spectrum Pursuit Vehicle!
