On Sunday 2nd October 2022 tens of thousands of runners are taking to the streets of London to enjoy the ultimate 26.2mile challenge ‘The London Marathon’. After months of sweat, blisters, sports massages and ice baths – they’ll all be lined up at the start line!
In this episode you will get a taster of what to expect in 2022, and even if you’re not running this iconic race…it may just encourage you to sign up for April 2023. The aim ultimately is to inspire and motivate, whilst also telling you about this brilliant event at the same time!
