Originally from Australia, Michelin-starred chef Skye Gyngell has worked with food and in restaurants for over 40 years and is one of Britain’s most respected and acclaimed chefs. She rose to fame as head chef at Petersham Nurseries before opening her own restaurant, Spring, in Somerset House in 2014. She is culinary director of Heckfield Place in Hampshire, has written for Vogue and has three cookbooks to her name. From her favourite restaurants and memories of training in Paris kitchens at age 17 to simple supper ideas, she shares her story and foodie recommendations with SL Editor Charlotte Collins and Managing Lifestyle Editor Heather Steele.
